Glued panels are ideal for creating solid furniture, countertops, tabletops, staircases, and other durable products.
We craft these panels from a variety of wood species, tailored to different dimensions and quality grades based on customer specifications.
Panel Dimensions: Thickness ranges from 19 to 45 mm.
Width: Up to 1000 mm,
Length: Up to 5000 mm.
Quality Grades (A/A, A/B, B/C); Uniform color and texture, B: discoloration allowed, C: SMALL knots allowed.
For production, we utilize D3 waterproof adhesives, with D4 available upon customer request.
Wood Species Available: oak, beech, walnut, maple, ash, linden, and spruce.
LONGITUDINALLY JOINED SLATS (finger joint)
Longitudinally joined slats crafted from various tree species, differing in size and quality, are specifically designed for the furniture sector.
Our primary material is linden wood, which is highly appropriate for these semi-finished products due to its softer grain.
Semi-finished items are aimed at manufacturers of picture frames, mirrors, and other framing products, as well as a range of decorative moldings.
